Surprse has proved herself as a remarkable broodmare breeding very much like a SIR DONNERHALL mare. All her foals have gone to professional riders or Grand prix riders including on to USA. She produces foalsof enormous quality and outstanding movement.

SURPRISE was destined for a competition career where her outstanding, elastic paces were expected to take her to the very top when an unfortunate accident diverted her into a career as a broodmare.

A Sir Donnerhall sister of Surprise, Suilven, was Mare Champion at the British Warmblood breeder’s show and on the Lottery Funded World Class training programme for horses with International Potential.
