A beautiful mare from our increasingly famous, original Caledonia motherline which has recently produced the exceptional IC Premium Oldenburg Licensed stallion, TOTAL CALEDONIA 2023 and the bronze medallist from Rastede and the Bundeschampionate SHADOW FAIRY CALEDONIA.2022.
Typical of this wonderful motherline, STELLA is a beauty. We are so lucky to welcome this darling mare back to Caledonia. She was sold as a foal and began a very, very promising career under saddle when a rotational fall in the field stopped the dream. We were delighted to be have her back as a broodmare and this is her first foal. The filly OPAL CALEDONIA by the young KWPN Helgstrand stallion sensation OPOGUE.

She is a daughter of What a Lark, the first filly we bred at Caledonia.. Lark’s first foal was Don Caledonia by Don Schufro. He became a double National Champion and went on to have a great career to Grand Prix with his owner/rider Hannah Biggs. We are also very excited about her young half sister WREN CALDONIA who is proving hugely talented with Fenella Quinn Dressage.
